The WBWC will leave no stone unturned, leveraging time-tested, industry-driven, career pathways including apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeships, as a way employers can develop and prepare their future workforce This coalition will help educate a new generation of workforce about the potential of a career in broadband. As one of the three essential components (workers, training, emplloyers) of the formula for success participation in the WBWC provides a seat at the table as policy decisions and funding priorities are discussed.
